Scott Grove brings to Park Row Associates 15 years of sales and consulting experience in the medical, dental, and life and disability industries. Having worked for one of the state’s largest medical insurers in Finance and Sales, Scott has unique insights into the inner-workings of an insurance carrier. Scott’s area of expertise is alternative funding arrangements for large clients and municipalities. Prior to joining Park Row, Scott was a partner with Benefits Unlimited and most recently, Senior Vice President and Practice Leader for USI New England’s Rhode Island office.

Gina Sahagian has 18 years of experience in the health care industry with an emphasis on rate development and corporate finance forecasting. Prior to joining Park Row, Gina held various positions at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island as Actuarial Director, Director of Financial Forecasting & Senior Markets, and Manager of Non-Croup Rating and Claim Reserving. She received her designation as a Health Insurance Associate from America’s Health Insurance Plans in 1994. With a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Business Administration, Gina is a true asset to her clients.

Anne Capezza’s customer service skills and strong carrier relationships make her one of Park Row’s most essential value-added benefits. Prior to joining Park Row, Anne held positions in Customer Service and Sales with Delta Dental of Rhode Island. Most recently, she was employed with USI New England as an Account Manager in their Employee Benefits department. Anne holds a B.A. in English from St. Anselm College.
